Hypotension: Any medication that will cause arterial constriction and fluid retention. So example, pseudoephedrine, salt, florinef (fludrocortisone). However before you start on any medication, please discuss this with your physician.

Midodrine: Fluids Midodrine and fludrocortisone http://www.uspharmacist.com/content/d/in-service/c/46638/ Make sure a table tilt test has been done to rule out cardiogenic syncope. Treatment is beta blockers to dampen cardiac reflex.
