Very unlikely: If you are good about taking your pills regularly you should not be worried about pregnancy as it is very unlikely. Conitnue your pills. Always remember that while the pill will prevent pregnancy, it does not protect you from sexually transmitted infections so if you have any concerns I recommend testing.

Plan B is: not necessary if you are consistently and correctly using an oral contraceptive. Take pregnancy test if period is 7 or more days late.
