Not much: There is nothing in your medical condition of William Syndrome that requires any special care re sexual activity. Just make sure you get you medical evaluations regularly from your regular doctors and needed referrals to specialists, with a particular focus on BP and cardiac complications that unfortunately are part of the disease spectrum including which may exist. It is good to be safe!

Heart disease: People with Williams syndrome often have some cardiac problem. It might be a good idea to have a Cardiology do an echocardiogram and EKG to find any problems that might cause lightheadedness or chest pain, if not already done. Since you have already been diagnosed, I imagine that has probably been done at some point. Make sure you obtain some form of birth control from your doctor and use condoms.

Williams syndrome: I would make sure you are using the best form of Contraception to avoid pregnancy.
