Rabies: Typical incubation is 2-12 weeks. It can be longer than a year with some reports saying up to 6 years out. I have seen one case report that thought it may have been contracted more than 20 years before symptoms. However, they could not rule out a more recent exposure. At 15 years it is highly unlikely that one has rabies.

Find a life coach: You would be long dead if the bite 15 years ago gave you rabies. If you are obsessing over the issue to the point it interferes with your life you need to find a life coach/therapist. You need to explore why this phobia controls you and develop some coping skills to get past it.
