Only if it's early: If you are just beginning to feel symptoms, you can try taking cranberry tablets plus vitamin c and a lot of water. And there are over the counter anti-septics like "cystex" which may help. But if your symptoms develop into a full blown infection, then you are past home-remedies, and you need to see a doctor. Often UTIs are related to a vaginal bacterial imbalance. So get checked for that too!

Recurring UTI: Frequency of sexual intercourse is the strongest predictor. Women with recurrent symptomatic urinary tract infections can be treated with continuous or postcoital prophylactic antibiotics; other treatment options include self-started antibiotics, cranberry products, and behavioral modification. There may be an anatomical problem. I strongly suggest seeing your Gyn for an exam.
