The helix on my right ear is swollen and won't go down. ?

Injury or infection: Have you injured it? If so, blood can accumulate under the skin and cause permanent swelling/deformity (cauliflower ear). It needs to be seen right away and sometimes drained. If not, it may be infected. Do you have ear canal drainage or pain? Ear canal infections can contribute. Did you sleep on it in an uncomfortable way? Lots of questions, I know, but it might be good to see a doctor.
