See a doctor: Ice and elevate, take Advil or Aleve (naproxen). You probably need an xray since you fell onto the area and have pain like you're describing. It may be only bruised, but a fracture is a possibility. Let a doctor examine you in person.

Time for an x-ray: It sounds like you have it looked at by a physician and possibly x-rayed. In the mean time put ice on it and try ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain control.
