Teeth whitening: You can use over the counter tooth paste or supper market products like crest white-strips. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.

Talk to your dentist: Would recommend talking to your dentist during your regular well visit, since some of the over the counter products may not be safe.

Whitening Products: At your pharmacy, go to the toothpaste/oral healthcare aisle and you will find many OTC gels and pastes that might work for you. Nothing will work as well as professionally applied products.

Dramatic: OTC's are only modestly effective. Because of the dramatic difference in effectiveness, I would recommend 1) Have your teeth professionally whitened by your Dentist, then 2) use the OTC products to prolong the results.
