I get lightheaded when doing certain things like going from sitting to standing and i get extremely nauseous and get a headache what could it be

Dehydration?: Could be dehydration, or anemia. Also, something called orthostatic hypotension can occur from other issues. Best to see your primary care provider to check you blood pressure lying down and standing, and possibly check some blood tests, and generally give you a more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!

Not clear: It is important to note if you are well hydrated. This could be related to inadequate fluid in your system If you take too many caffeine drinks this can be a problem. This does not hydrate you and can make you more ill . Do you abuse substance or having any underlying disorder. YOu did not mention if the headaches come on when dizzy?This may be a presentation for migraines. Please see doctor
