Not really: We should all strive to have good posture to preserve our backs and necks. But bad posture will not lead to a stroke.

Not likel: Should have no effect. However, if your neck is kyphotic and you have arthritic changes, it could put you at risk.

Unlikely: Bad postures can cause a host of musculoskeletal problems but a stroke is not one of them. Some of the common conditions that predispose to stroke are high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease, smoking etc.
