Yes, immediately!!: The fact that you can't maintain your fluid balance and the left kidney pain suggests a possible infection that can be a threat to your fetus. Please go to the ER immediately and have it evaluated.

Yes: Yes. If you are unable to keep liquids down you are probably very dehydrated and need to be evaluated and given IV fluids and have your urine checked for infection. Call your doctor and let her know what is going on or head to the hospital. Good luck.

22 week pregnant: YES, you need to be evaluated to make sure you 1. do NOT have a urinary tract infection 2. are NOT dehydrated and need intravenous fluid if you do go, make sure they collect a mid-stream urine and check it for infection, and that you get some intravenous fluid (it is going feel a lot better) I hope you feel better soon

Yes immediately!: There is a significant possibility of urine/ kidney infection and you need to be treated now. You run the extreme risk of dehydration and possibly sepsis if not treated. This can also affect the baby and pregnancy if untreated. Go now . Good luck.

ER or Urgent Care: You may have a Kidney infection, so an ER or Urgent Care visit is a good idea. Make sure you have your OB's phone number available in case the ER Staff needs to consult your Doctor, and having a list of your current medications and Medication Allergies will help make your visit less stressful. Do NOT Drive yourself to the ER or clinic, have a friend or relative drive or get a cab. Don't delay.
