Unlikely.: Osteoblastoma is a rare bone tumor which is considered benign although it can in certain circumstances grow. The primary treatment for osteoblastoma is surgical removal. Radiation therapy and chemotherapy are more contraversial. As the disease rarely spreads to other organs the risk of death from osteoblastoma is considered low.
