Granuloma annulare: Initially every 2 weeks then every 3-6 mnths should be sufficient for follow up. You need to understand that this is a chronic condition and unless there is change -- ie worsening of rash-- close follow up is not necessary

Close follow up!: LCH:Recurrence rates from 1.6% to 25%, she should be closely followed up for a long period of time. Granuloma annulare usually causes no symptoms, she may not need Rx except for cosmetic reasons. Strong steroid creams/ointments used to clear rash quickly. Steroids injected into the rings may be effective. Some MDs freeze bumps with liquid nitrogen. UV light Rx or meds.to suppress immune system.
