Not sure...: If you took morning after contraception, such as Plan B within 24 hours of intercourse it is 95% effective. If you take it within 72 hours, it is 89% effective. I'm not sure what you took. If it wasn't a morning after pill, you may be at risk for pregnancy. The good news is that your chance of pregnancy with unprotected intercourse is about 1 in 5. Not 100%. Best wishes!

Wait and watch: The morning after pill you took, OTC Plan B One Step, should be protective while ella, (ulipristal acetate) which is prescription only Plan B alternative, is effective closer to the time of ovulation than Plan B One-Step or Take Action, and this is the time when women are most at risk of pregnancy and most likely to be having sex.
