Yes, several...: The two best treatments for endometriosis are Laparoscopic surgery and Depo Lupron (leuprolide) injections. During laparoscopic surgery, the endometriosis is cauterized to destroy it. This is frequently followed by a course of Depo Lupron (leuprolide) injections once per month. Lupron (leuprolide) switches off the estrogen production in your ovaries. This is temporary but it gives your body a chance to get rid of endometriosis.
