Sounds like talking: Psychotherapy or counseling can often help clarify mixed motivations and conflicted feelings or confusing thoughts that rob energy and drive. If you have questions (moral, practical or whatever) about things that you are supposed to be doing - it can cut into your full participation. If you don't even know what they are, it's harder to answer them. Consider talking through them w/ a 'psycho-coach'
