My grandfather died because of hepatitis b, five years ago! so, should me and my family members vaccinate for hepatitis b?

So, your grandfather having it is not reason to get hepatitis B vax. However, it is recommended since you don't know when you may accidentally encounter it. In India, the risk is even higher. So, based on that, yes you should get the vax.
