Pilonidal cyst: This likely pilonidal cyst. Those usually could be treated with antibiotics, but sometimes need surgical drainage. Call your doctor today to get antibiotic, and ask to be seen during the week to evaluate extent of the problem

Well....: Possibilities include engorged hemorrhoid, polyp, granuloma, wart.......probably warrants an exam if it does not go away on its own soon.

Hemorrhoid or warts: Sound like external hemorrhoid or anal warts, Anal abcess also possible, but less likely. Have your PCP to take a look. Thrombosed hemorrhoid can be very painful.

Several things: It could very well be several things, but most commonly a hemorrhoid or anal tag! I would consider having your physician view this lesion as there are other more concerning things it could be and you'd like to make sure it's not a more worrisome lesion that should be treated like a wart, abscess or something else. Best of luck.
