Not may options: Neti-pot is a great start! If it truly is an infectious rhinitis, then you may need to see a specialist so that a culture can be obtained for possibly starting antibiotics. Unfortunately, if it's bacterial, then homeopathic remedies may not be of much help. Another symptomatic treatment you can try (though not homeopathic) is an over the counter decongestant - but not more than 3-5 days.
