Early pregnancy: Symptoms vary for each pregnancy and for different women. The earliest symptoms are usually between 5-6 weeks. Sometimes earlier. Often fatigue, breast tenderness and nausea. Vomiting along with nausea. You may notice an increase in appetite in the first trimester and possibly extreme dislike or nausea with exposure to certain foods and smells which may not have been a problem previously.

Take a test...: The early signs of pregnancy are not specific and diagnostic so if you have missed a period, take a pregnancy test. Besides a missed period you might notice fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, and breast tenderness. At "2 weeks pregnant" you aren't yet actually pregnant since you count weeks of pregnancy from your last period so just around "1 month" is when you would expect to miss a period...
