Freedom of Info Act: By law you are entitled to your medical records. If you are disputing access to your records then, you should go to the Medical Records Dept. They will likely have you sign off on a consent form so that your information can be distributed to you and then, they will copy the records and later, you can pick them up.The hospital is entitled by the same law to charge a cost to the patient for copies.
