A member asked:

Is it normal to have nausea and loss of appetite when on your period?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Freda, Loss of appetite and nausea are very common menstrual symptoms. If you are overweight, it is OK not to eat if you aren't hungry. If you are normal weight or under weight, you should be sure to eat as much as you can, despite the loss of appetite. Hope this helps!
