It shouldn't.: Progesterone only does have some common side effects like possible irregular or no menstration and weight gain while taking this pill but fatigue and lethargy are not common side effects. I would not be worried but if your symptoms persist, talk with your doctor. If symptoms worsen, go to Urgent Care or ER over weekend. Thanks and best of luck.
