Hello, i have been having a rash for 10 months now i kept on seeing doctor after doctor, the rash started off with red itchy spots and now black spots?

Well first thing: would be to see dermatologist and get a biopsy. That should either give a definitive diagnosis or confirm clinical findings.

Rash: I agree with Dr. Ablon. If you haven't seen a specialist yet, would do so. A dermatologist can hopefully determine the cause with a biopsy and pathology report.
