Got a sunburn and now my face is peeling. any home remedies to heal/speed up peeling process? tried face scrubs & cetaphyl & aveeno (oatmeal) face lotions

Vitamin e: I like to open vitamin e capsules and use them to rub on the healing sunburn to help speed up healing process.

Avoid face scrubs: for sure as this will just irritate your healing skin. I would be very gentle using only cetaphil like non-soap cleansers, and vaniply cream. Skin will heal but if you remove peeling skin you can have scarring.
