Hard skin on feet: You may callus on your feet and need to be seen by a foot doctor. Also want make sure they are not plantar warts so a visit to the foot doctor would be helpful.

Thick Skin?: First make sure to reduce the pressure on your feet by wearing good support then see a Podiatrist for chemical removal of the thick skin. Wear tons of lotion.
