Urethral abnormality: is a possibility. Most common cause for post void dribble in boys & young men is urethral compression from underpant elastic waist band compressing underside of penis & urethral. You might have a urethral stricture or urethral diverticulum if this is not the case. Suggest you get this checked out by a urologist if not a waist band problem.
