Irregular bleeding: I am making the assumption that your thyroid medication is the appropriate dose and that you usually have normal regular cycles monthly. It's not unusual to occasionally see a little bit a very light bleeding at midcycle around the time of ovulation. I would expect that you should see your period about two weeks after this bleeding. If you don't, you should be evaluated by your gynecologist.
