Hi,i am having pain on the top of right side of brain at a particular point from 3days,it stays for 5sec & goes away.its a sharp pain.wats the reason?

Not likely a reason: If the pain is there for 5 seconds and does not return for more than 30 minutes, then most likely there will not be a medical diagnosis. Recall almost everyone has headaches. Less than 1% of these patients have an anatomic reason (such as tumor or aneurysm) for their headache. If you have this pain recurring every 5 minutes or less you should consult a doctor for exam and diagnostic evaluation.
