Toothpaste: This can at times be caused by an ingredient in toothpaste if you have a new brand or it is "new and improved". Stick to basic toothpaste and use a moisturizing lip balm. See your doctor if issue persists

Chelitis: sometimes you can develop an irritation at the corners of the mouth. Sometimes it is burning and sometimes there is a slight rash and cracking in the skin. Often a moisturizing lotion will help. A 1 % hydrocortisone cream or an antibiotic cream can help some Also make sure you are taking vitamins and minerals which lack of can cause the cracking. Licking your lips can cause it
