See physician: A number of conditions can cause these symptoms such as exercise-induced strains, fibromyalgia, arthritis, peripheral neuropathy,..I need more information to give a better diagnosis. I suggest going to your primary care physician if the symptoms continue. If you had a tickbite, rash, fever, swelling, or other associated symptoms like redness of the skin or flushing, other possible diagnoses arise.

Possible postdrome: Migraines are described as having stages in which things which happen before the headache, during the headache, and afterward as well. The afterward part is referred to as the POSTDROME & symptoms can range from numbness/tingling to pain/weakness. You may be in a less common subgroup of people who suffer from this type of problem and even 24 hrs. later. See headache specialist if you can.

Need to see doc: The question is: Are the hip pains and headache related? A doctor would need to know more information about your medical history, recent events, medications and circumstances before providing any kind of educated guess or offering a diagnosis. I can say that your symptoms deserve a careful evaluation by your doctor. Please make an appointment to get the proper exam and any tests needed.
