See provider: Usually HCG doubles in 48-72 hours with a normal pregnancy. A drop is concerning. But that depends on the gestational age. HCG levels drop after 12 weeks in a normal pregnancy. Please see your provider for clarification. How far along is this pregnancy? Has an ultrasound been ordered? Are there symptoms such as bleeding, cramping? Good luck.
