No, generally not: An urgent care center is not intended to be a place where skin biopsies are done. Dermatologists, and some primary care doctors, do skin biopsies... and the patient returns to the doctor later to discuss the results of biopsies. Urgent care centers are for treating new illnesses such as a stomach flu, colds and coughs, rashes such as poison oak or hives, etc...

Urgent Care: May or may not do a biopsy. They might refer you to someone who would. You would have to ask the Urgent Care.
