Not clear: Bleeding between normal periods is not unusual, and could be related to her own hormone changes, changes in her birth control pills, or other reasons. It is doubtful that your sexual activity was a factor. If the extra bleeding continues, she may want to get it checked. But always use your birth control, including condoms.
