Usually not: If this is your first Depo-Provera shot, sometimes you may get period. But because it is progesterone and no fluctuation in the level like one yo see during normal cycle, you do not get period for 3 months. If you are beyond 3 months and did not get your another dose of Depo-Provera prover shot, then also you get withdrawal period
