Valley Fever: Valley Fever / Coccidioidomycosis is a fungal infection found in desert soil. t may take weeks to months or longer for Disseminated Dz to resolve. When disseminated it can cause meningitis or pneumonia. Dx is via serologic tests for coccidioidomycosis or cultures.
