Pregnancy test: A urine pregnancy test can be positive a few days after a missed period. However it can be negative for a week or more. Test your urine now and in a week or two. If negative chances are you are not pregnant. There have been some women who have had negative tests for a month however not likely. Nausea, fatigue, tender or swollen breasts , spotting, cramps, white vaginal secretion are signs.
