Save your money: ZZquill is BENADRYL, (diphenhydramine) it won't KILL, but gives no THRILLS, Your leg is twitching from the money you threw away and the coins that are rolling out of your pocket buying it. Twitching is a side affect of benadryl (diphenhydramine)

Very common: the ingredient in ZZZQuill will cause twitching legs. Drink more fluids and avoid taking the medication. The twitching can be bothersome and can cause marked discomfort. It is nothing to be concerned about either smaller dose or avoid
