Reflux : Lump in the throat aka globus sensation is very common and most likely related reflux of acid onto your laryngeal tissues. This makes them swell and causes the sensation. Acid reflux is made worse by stress and anxiety. Avoid spicy and acidic foods. Don't lie down less than 3 hours after eating dinner. Be seen if it doesn't resolve.
