can early ultrasound help determine paternity?

Paternity: With the current technology (2014) Ultrasound shows images of the fetus during pregnancy and by itself cannot be used to determine paternity
Dr. Raselette Hunt
Family Medicine 14 years experience
Paternity: No. Only DNA test can prove paternity results
Dr. Phillip Goebel
Emergency Medicine 16 years experience
No: Ultrasound will not determine paternity at any point. It can give you a range of days during which you were likely to have conceived. DNA testing would be the definitive test.
