A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hypothyroidism: Your TSH level is quite high and should be brought down to below 5. Many of your symptoms may be related to your lack of adequate thyroid hormone replacement. You also have a new born which adds to the stress and fatigue. Are you dealing with postpartum depression? You may a tleast temporarily need an antidepressant while your thyroid hormone is normallized levels which may take several months.
