Good Question: Your T level is below the average range for age 18 which is ~600-800 ng/dl. The problem we currently have is that clinical research hasn’t yet determined threshold levels for when symptoms of low T begin appearing, compounded by the problem that there likely is great variation among individuals. I would recommend eval. by an endocrinologist and a discussion whether a trial of TRT is reasonable ??
