Not sure: Here in Las Vegas, we only charge $100 for the removal service for patients with no benefit program. It should be easy to remove if properly installed. Look around your area for a GYN or Planned Parenthood and ask for their removal price. You should be able to find a kind doctor to help you and remove it.
