Privacy?: I respect your desire for privacy, but your question is so vague its hard to tell for sure what you are asking. My best try: chlamydia will not make a woman bleed, and bleeding will not clear the chlamydia infection.

Unclear what u mean: heavy bleeding could possibly interfere with a culture but there are blood and urine tests for STDs now.

If infected both: partners need treatment , also it may not be chlamydia , rare occasions contaminated toiletries may infect non sexual way. Be aware of of it .
