Eat Regular Meals: Hunger can cause stomach noises & mild cramps or pain as hormonal signals increase stomach activity to prepare for in-coming food. Once you eat, this discomfort should gradually disappear. Going too long between meals & constipation are common causes. Regular meals, high fiber foods, more water intake can help however if these symptoms persist, see your doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment.
