Possible: If you are having sex then there is always a chance of pregnancy. If you took a test before there was a high enough concentration of the pregnancy hormone in your urine then the test could be a false negative. If you took the test today - 3 days after your missed period I would expect it to be +, but retest in a couple of days and see your physician to discuss irregular periods and birth control
