Indirectly: Sleep apnea is more common with obesity, and bedwetting is more common with sleep apnea, soooo......possibly!

No.: Enuresis is the term for bedwetting, and is most common starting ~ age 5; occurs in 5-10% of children. Exclude Diabetes, UTI (infection), and emotional problems. It is first treated w/ reassurance and education, or alarm therapy, or an Rx 'desmopressin'. The incidence decreases X 15% per year, so is usually resolved X adulthood.
