I'm not sure?: What you mean by domestic treatment! If your BP is low and you otherwise feel fine except for a HA then likely you are dehydrated! Drink fluids like Gatorade and if not better soon see a physician

Find out the reason: Before you go into domestic treatment, please find out the reason for your symptoms. It could be due to heart or neurological problems. When you know that your heart and brain are OK, you can try to have a cop of coffee in am and see whats happens.
