Usually not: There are often dozens of tiny cysts throughout the breasts, giving a honeycomb appearance. Usually only 1 or 2 cysts will swell to a size where they can be felt. They are almost always benign but might require aspiration for evaluation if they enlarge/ or persist

Need mammogram: she probably has fibrocystic breast disease. She needs a mammogram and an ultrasound to rule out any cancer which could be hiding in the cyst. Caffeine and other food or medicines can increase the cyst and the fibrous feeling. It is important to have it examined and then just watch it. Decreasing irritants can decrease the size but usually always there

Needs Biopsy: Cannot tell just by looking at the sonographic picture. Simple cysts are usually benign. Honey comb are not considered Simple cyst. Best thing is to get complete excision instead of Aspiration or Biopsy. So proper diagnosis is made earlier.

Not sure: what is meant by a honeycomb cyst. If found on physical exam, needs imaging evaluation with mammo and ultrasound. If found on ultrasound, the report should include a BIRADS code that indicates the level of suspicion, and a recommendation for follow up or biopsy.
