PCOS and nausea: I would take a pregnancy test to make sure this is not pregnancy related. You should follow up with your gyn for possible pelvic ultrasound and hormone testing.

Many possibilities: Without more details it is impossible to give you an accurate answer. It could be gyn ,gi ,or other cause. You need to see a provider if the discomfort continues.
